Scanning Field Lens Assembly
Scanning field lenses and beam expanders are mainly used in laser marking machines, and they need to be
used together. The lens substrate of the scanning field lens assembly is fused silica material, and it adopts
a multi-lens combination design. We have a unique focal length designed by ourselves, which produces
small light spots and fine marking effects.
Telecentric Scanning Field Lens Assembly
Through the design of a multi-lens optical lens group, it realizes the image-side telecentric emission of
parallel lasers incident at a certain angle, thereby achieving the vertical incidence of the laser beam on
the working surface (the laser focused light spots are on the same focal plane). This system adopts a
complex design, which can realize a distortion of less than 0.1% on the entire working surface and a
consistency of not less than 95%. It can be applied to various fields such as fine marking, drilling, and
measurement. At the same time, it can also achieve smaller focused light spots by reducing the working
distance to meet the imaging quality requirements of CCD pixels.
